When I work with you as a new client, I want to understand your product or service. I want to know why it’s special; why it’s unique and why you love it. I want to understand because then I can share that passion with your audience. The connection begins when the viewer starts to feel that passion, too.

Sometimes, sharing happens by fully scripting the piece. Scripting allows for concise and direct communication, especially when complicated topics or specific information needs to be shared. I’ve written many scripts over my career and have worked from client-provided scripts, as well. In other cases, a great way of sharing excitement is by letting current or former users describe their experiences. These stories will allow your audience to see themselves as your customers.
